- Data migration to a new computer: $125 to $175 depending on the amount of data
- Data recovery: no data, no fee policy; in-store recovery from $99 to $695
- On-site home service: $200 first hour with the trip included within 5 miles, then $100 per hour; FatechWatch members get $25 off the first hour ($175)
- Remote support: $100 per hour, billed in 6-minute increments
- Electronics recycling: free, with secure drive wiping on request
