We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Limited products may be offered for international shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on their weight and dimensions (including packaging). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note that the period when we can cancel your order is limited. We may start processing your order immediately and cancellation is not guaranteed. In some cases, we are able to stop the shipment, but the majority of our orders are processed within minutes and submitted to one of many national fulfillment centers. These centers process and ship an extremely large amount of shipments and once the order entered into the shipping stream cancellation is not possible.
If the order was processed and marked shipped your payment method is being charged. You can still request a cancellation and we will do our best to stop the shipment, if possible. But cancellation is not guaranteed. If we are able to stop the shipment, we will process a refund immediately.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or shipping carrier damage (excludes international orders).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 8 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The product must be in factory sealed box and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
If the product was opened/used it can be returned in 30 days after your purchase for a money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. A 20% minimum restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. The product must be in mint condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
The product that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher than 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging and enclosed in a separate shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. The product cannot be returned if it is missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC).
Original shipping cost (cost of shipping product to the customer) is not refundable.
Products that were shipped for free (with the free standard shipping) will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund.
Returns for orders paid via PayPal and if the return is not a result of our error (you received the correct or non-defective item and didn't like it, changed your mind, etc.) will be subject to an additional PayPal fee deduction (2.9% for domestic and 3.9% for international accounts plus $0.30), since PayPal does not refund these fees back when refund is issued via PayPal.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, excluding only when products are DOA or shipment is damaged by the shipping carrier.
When shipping the product back to us via the carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance. If a prepaid shipping label was provided by us to the customer, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
Product received in D.O.A. (dead on arrival) or damaged by the carrier condition can be returned for a full money back refund, including original shipping charges. Return authorization for such products must be requested within 48 hours after receiving the product.
We reserve the right to test D.O.A. returns. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product return will be processed per our "Open box" policy mentioned above.
Please include the Return Authorization Form (you must request a return online from your amazon.com account) and ship the product freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Products sold in used, refurbished, and other than "new" condition can only be returned if they are DOA, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in unopened box, for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be shipped to us promptly. Returns received after 30 days from the date of the return authorization will not be accepted and returned back.
We will not accept any returns for products that were delivered to you more than 30 days ago.
