How long does a repair take? +
Most repairs are completed the same day or next business day. Simple issues like virus removal or RAM upgrades are often done within a few hours. Screen replacements depend on parts availability but typically take 1 to 3 business days. We will give you an estimated timeline when you drop off your device.
What brands do you repair? +
We repair all major brands including Lenovo, HP, ASUS, Acer, MSI, and Apple. We are a Lenovo Authorized Service Center, which means we can perform warranty repairs on Lenovo ThinkPad, IdeaPad, Yoga, and Legion products using genuine Lenovo parts.

No appointment is needed. Walk in Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. We are located at 585 Grove Street, Suite G-10 in Herndon, Virginia, right off the Dulles Toll Road.
