Tell us your budget and what the machine is for, and we give you a straight recommendation from people who fix these machines every day. No upsell quotas, no commission pressure. There is no online cart by design: you walk in, call, or we order exactly what you need, and most orders arrive in a few business days.

Buying new is only half the job. We transfer your files from the old computer, set up Windows, your accounts, and Microsoft 365, and hand it back ready to use before you leave. One customer came in to repair a laptop, decided to buy new, and walked out with files moved and Microsoft 365 ready to go.

One laptop for the kitchen table or a fleet refresh for the office, same personal service. We help businesses spec, buy, and set up computers so a new hire is ready on day one. For ongoing managed IT and HIPAA or FTC compliance, our sister company Fatech IT Advisors takes it from there.
Repair and more
Already own it? We repair laptops and desktops in-house, add SSD or RAM upgrades, recover lost data, and recycle your old computer responsibly at no charge, with the data wiped. The diagnostic is $50, waived with your repair.
